World Password Day 2018!

Today is World Password Day 2018!

It's always a good idea to stay on top of your passwords, but today is a good day to really pay attention to it.  Join others by paying attention to your passwords and take part in Wold Password Day!

You can find out more at https://www.passwordday.org/.  This year they are asking participants to take the #LayerUp pledge.

World Password Day is an annual event that takes place around the world on the first Thursday of every May and serves to raise awareness for the importance of strong passwords and best practices for online account security.

Security is not only for work, but it should be practiced for all personal accounts as well.  Check out  https://www.passwordday.org/ and start your personal security journey.

Apple releases iOS 11.3.1

Apple released iOS 11.3.1 for iPads & iPhones today.  You can find out more about this release at https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208743.

This is considered a minor update.  The IT group recommends that students and staff hold off on updating but it will not be an issue if iOS devices are updated.
